Availability and Bookings

For availability and bookings check the calendar below, select start and end dates available for minimum 3 nights, so under the calendar you will see the total amount of the stay up to 2 guests ∗ The calendar shows the quote for 2 guests. Add € 10,00 per night, per one additional guest. Any charges for 1 additional guest, child or pets will be paid at check-in time.

Then fill out the following form in all fields and after clicking on continue you will be directed to the PayPal page verified by Symantec Corporation to choose the payment method. You can book securely online with your PayPal account or by credit card or debit card.

The first payment is a booking deposit of only 25% of the total amount up to 2 guests.

The balance, including any additional charges for a third guest, child or pets, will be paid at check-in time.

Select the first night and the last night of your stay (do not select the check-out day). Under the calendar will be shown the quote to the total nights of a stay for two people.

Maximum Guests: 3 guests per stay; it is possible to accommodate 3 people plus 1 child up to age 5

Check-out: 11:00*
*If the days of the check-in and check-out, there are no other guests, you can arrive and leave at any time, with no extra charges. If there are other guests and you have to arrive before 11:00 or leave after 14:00, we offer free luggage storage service

Cancellation policy: 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date (minus € 10,00 for operating expenses reservation) ∗ no down refunds for cancellations less than 30 days before check-in date
